Julie has been a Law Clerk since 2007 and has extensive experience supporting lawyers and clients who have legal needs related to the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law. Julie is Assistant to Senior Counsel of the firm, Ms. Rhonda A. Metelsky and has been working alongside Ms. Metelsky serving clients since she graduated from Durham College in 2007. With a recent promotion as Office Administrator, Julie has played a central role at Metelsky Law Professional Corporation and is actively involved in the day to day operations of the firm.

Julie develops excellent relationships with clients by her caring attitude and attending to their diverse legal needs. Julie’s extensive experience and understanding of the family law rules and the court procedures ensures that every client file is handled with ultimate care and focus throughout the legal process from start to finish. She will be involved in all aspects of the management of the client file, including preparing financial material, drafting court pleadings and assisting clients through the day to day process of dealing with their family law matter. She understands that the legal process can be very intimidating, emotional and stressful for clients and will go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible during these very difficult times in the clients’ lives.
