Rhonda Metelsky is a highly experienced and well-respected lawyer working primarily in the areas of criminal law and family law. She has represented clients in court for two decades and uses her wealth of experience and deep understanding of the legal process to assist all of her clients to resolve their unique legal issues.
Rhonda graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree, as a Political Science major at York University. She then went on to the study of Law at the University of Ottawa where she obtained her Baccalaureate of Laws. Rhonda completed her Articles with the Ministry of the Attorney General, Criminal Law Division and was called to the Ontario Bar in February 2001.
Rhonda practices in criminal law and family law. She continues to provide community service by providing legal services to various community organizations and mentors high school and college students interested in pursuing a career in law. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Criminal Lawyers Association, the Durham Regional Law Association and the Advocates Society in Toronto..


Linda holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Brock University. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a Policy Analyst in the area of social assistance at the Ministry of Community and Social Services in Toronto. Linda obtained her LL.B. from Queen’s University in 2007. She articled with the Legal Services Branch at the Ministry of Community and Social Services / Ministry of Children and Youth Services and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2008. Linda has practiced family law exclusively since May 2011. Linda is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
Linda is also a musician who directs a church choir, rings hand bells with The Bronze Foundation which is an auditioned community hand bell choir in the Greater Toronto Area, and she enjoys singing and writing songs.
Julie graduated the Law Clerk Program at Durham College in 2007 and has extensive experience supporting lawyers and clients who have legal needs related to the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law. Julie is Law Clerk to the Principal Lawyer of the firm, Ms. Rhonda A. Metelsky and has been working alongside Ms. Metelsky since 2007, serving clients and plays a central role at Metelsky Law Professional Corporation and is actively involved in the day-to -day operations of the firm.
Julie develops excellent relationships with clients by her caring attitude and attending to their diverse legal needs. Julie’s extensive experience and understanding of the family law rules and the court procedures ensures that every client file is handled with ultimate care and focus throughout the legal process from start to finish. She is involved in all aspects of the management of the client file, including preparing financial material, drafting court pleadings and assisting clients through the day-to-day process of dealing with their family law matter. She understands that the legal process can be very intimidating, emotional and stressful for clients and will go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible during these very difficult times in the clients’ lives.


Michelle is an experienced law clerk who possesses exceptional legal drafting skills. Michelle graduated the Law Clerk Program at Herzing College in 2010, with Honors, and has since worked exclusively in the areas of Family Law, Child Protection, and Adoption. Michelle joined Metelsky Law in 2012 and has been an integral part of the team, working closely with counsel and clients.
Michelle goes above and beyond for clients with compassion and determination. She enjoys the challenges of each unique case and takes pride in knowing that she is helping clients through the hardships they faced when going through a separation and/or court proceedings.
On her free time, Michelle enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. Her love for her family fuels her passion for family law.
Kanushka is a recent graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University, where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Law and Business. Driven by a strong passion for the legal field, she is now preparing to pursue a Master’s degree, with the ultimate goal of attending law school and becoming a lawyer. Known for being hardworking, self-motivated, and approachable, Kanushka consistently greets clients with a warm and friendly smile. At the firm, she takes on multiple responsibilities, including providing reception services to clients, assisting law clerks and lawyers as a legal assistant, and serving as the firm’s intake clerk.
